Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from Bambi Bags, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. Our hassle-free returns process makes it simple to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just follow our easy steps to initiate a return:
- Returns/refunds/exchanges are for non-custom Bambi Bags only.
- Imperfect Collection bags cannot be returned or refunded.
- Click here to start a return/refund/exchange in our easy returns portal.
- Please ensure that all items (canvas tote + felt insert + canvas drawstring bag) are still in its original condition (e.g. unwashed, unused).
- Please return the items WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order to the address below and include the emailed return/exchange slip with your return:

- Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide you a refund within 2-5 business days. The refund WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS.
- While we'd love to pay for all returns, we simply do not have the means to as a small business. As a result, all customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs during the return and exchange process. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- We highly advise that your exchange/return parcel is sent with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back. We DO NOT take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
- Items which are outside of our 14 day return period cannot be returned. If you have any further queries, please contact our team.
